Description
  • Our company is recruiting an experienced OR nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist to assist joint replacement procedure and provide a best in class procedural solution. 
  • You will also work with the local sales representative to coordinate training and in-theater support to ensure exceptional levels of customer care both in theaters and in the wider hospital are delivered.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented OR nurse to use their interpersonal skills and clinical knowledge to demonstrate and to train surgeons/nurses on high quality and innovative products, and to work in dynamic environment.



The main responsibilities include:
  •  Provide technical support and assistance to surgeons/nurses during surgeries (hip/knee revision) and during a product launch.
  •  Support the sales team by emphasizing advantages and strengths of our products to our key clients.
  •  Provide Surgical Technic and instrumentation training to key customers and stakeholders (surgeons, nurse, staff) within your geographic area.
  •  Training of company  staff, within theater etiquette and protocols.
  •  Collection and collation of information as required by Regional Sales manager, in a timely and accurate manner
  •  Build trust and long term relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, by delivering high standard services in a consistent manner.
  •  Checking of loan kits and implants as required for these operations.
  •  Provide theater and other HCP staff training on our products
  •  Auditing theater and hospital stock (implants, disposables and instruments)  managing consignment levels and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation
  •  Understand the clinical application of the broader company portfolio to offer our customers the best possible solution




Requirements
  • Successful experience working as theater /OR nurse, required
  • Experience in product training, and ability to train and demonstrate, A strong interest in orthopedics, required
  •  Candidate must possess great communication skills, be able to influence and explain technical products.
  •  Ability to build lasting relationships, to communicate effectively, to adapt to different types of personality and scenario, and ability to influence
  •  You must be able to work in autonomy, possess strong organizational skills, and a sense of prioritization and urgency.
  •  You must be resilient to stress, self-motivated and dynamic; and driven by success and results.
  •  Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
  •  Ability to travel up to 90% of the time within the region
  •  Commercial acumen essential. Must have awareness of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theaters and surgical procedures
  •  Computer skills, MS Office.
  •  Workshop/demonstration skills inc. Anatomy and physiology
