Job Description 
  The role of the Client Services Coordinator is to identify and qualify new study leads for all Compass Research locations.  
  • Identify new business opportunities though resources such as, but not limited to: 
  • Internet searches 
  • Direct client interaction and client databases 
  • External consultants 
  • Internal referrals 
  • Repeat business 
  • Conferences 
  • Compass website  
  • Maintain internal pipeline database (i.e., Zoho) and communicate activities to the Compass team on a regular basis through regularly scheduled meetings and communications 
  • Execute and submit confidentiality agreements and feasibility questionnaires 
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and update necessary sales materials 
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis through email, phone and face-to-face meetings to maintain client satisfaction 
  • Schedule and host client meetings (site assessment and evaluation visits) at all Compass locations 
  • Represent Compass Research in a professional manner at industry conferences 
  • Provides project team support as appropriate 
  • Liaise with internal resources to determine study feasibilities, including but limited to: 
  • Clinical operations 
  • Medical leadership 
  • Executive leadership 
  • Patient recruitment 
  • Budgets and contracts 
  • Marketing 
  • Assist in proposal development   



Required Skills   
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development process 
  • Comfortable and competent in conversing with executive business decision makers 
  • Independent, self-motivated and success driven, yet able and willing to take direction 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   



Required Experience 
Bachelor's degree required
