Tracking Code CR2017-064 Job Description The role of the Client Services Coordinator is to identify and qualify new study leads for all Compass Research locations. Identify new business opportunities though resources such as, but not limited to: Internet searches Direct client interaction and client databases External consultants Internal referrals Repeat business Conferences Compass website Maintain internal pipeline database (i.e., Zoho) and communicate activities to the Compass team on a regular basis through regularly scheduled meetings and communications Execute and submit confidentiality agreements and feasibility questionnaires Work with the marketing team to develop and update necessary sales materials Communicate with clients on a regular basis through email, phone and face-to-face meetings to maintain client satisfaction Schedule and host client meetings (site assessment and evaluation visits) at all Compass locations Represent Compass Research in a professional manner at industry conferences Provides project team support as appropriate Liaise with internal resources to determine study feasibilities, including but limited to: Clinical operations Medical leadership Executive leadership Patient recruitment Budgets and contracts Marketing Assist in proposal development Required Skills Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development process Comfortable and competent in conversing with executive business decision makers Independent, self-motivated and success driven, yet able and willing to take direction Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Required Experience Bachelor's degree required Job Location Orlando, Florida, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular
