Position Overview:
The Client Relations Associate will help manage client relationship systems and processes to ensure flawless customer service for our clients. This person will interact with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, serving as a primary contact with the responsibility to create great first impressions with external clients and prospects visiting our facilities. This will include corporate communications to support business unit operations and other administrative assignments, such as QA/ Regulatory and document control.


As the Client Relations Associate, you will:  
  • Serves as centralized coordinator and point person for all client and prospect-related visits 
  • Is an ambassador for the company, creating superior impressions before, during and after client visits 
  • Provides clients with visit guidelines, travel assistance, directions and general logistics support 
  • Provides area dining and entertainment recommendations as requested. May be asked to help host client events after traditional business hours 
  • Coordinates with internal stakeholders to distribute meeting agendas 
  • Ensures meeting rooms and designated client spaces have been prepared prior to client arrival, including set up of necessary technology (projectors, internet and other audio/visual) 
  • Greets client at the front door, assists with sign-in procedure, escorts client to designated meeting space 
  • Escorts clients around the site as needed 
  • Provides client administrative support as needed 
  • Assists with client departure procedures after visit closeout, including transportation arrangements as necessary 
  • Cleans up client meeting space after departure 
  • Helps maintain the cheerful, welcoming appearance of the site 
  • Supports client visit feedback mechanisms for the  site via emailed correspondence and surveys 
  • Works with vendors to make necessary food and refreshment arrangements 
  • Distributes appropriate marketing materials (printed collateral and promotional items) 
  • Obtains regional materials for hotel welcome packages and delivers them to area partner hotels 
  • Works with neighboring businesses/community representatives as requested to improve our company  name recognition and standing in the community 
  • Reports on client activity to site leadership as requested 
  • Plant related duties as outlined by site director 
 

Qualifications for success:
Education:
BA or BS with 2+ years in CDMO industry related experience or equivalent


Knowledge:
