Position Summary:

The Client Partner identifies, pursues and owns critical executive relationships with Named Global Pharmaceutical, Bio-technology, and medical device firms. He/she drives new opportunities through developing new relationships and leveraging existing relationships and would be responsible for solution & service sales and accountable for their successful delivery within the Life Sciences market.

  • Design and implement business plan for quota attainment.
  • Develop and implement business plan for client base to identify, sell, and support incremental Value Added services and/or products in existing Navitas accounts
  • Responsible for proposing and closing engagements that will achieve total revenue growth (sale and annuity), profit, and customer satisfaction plans.
  • Develop effective proposals and persuasively close new business opportunities.
  • Identify & Prospect new business leads, including qualification and needs assessments
  • Provide significant industry expertise and client business acumen. Sell higher level services to the customer, enabling competitive advantage for them in the marketplace.
  • Provide thought leadership and capitalize on cumulative industry, product, and company-specific experiences for best practices.
  • Assess, build, and enhance Navitas’ position at targeted Life Sciences accounts. Help to elevate key customer relationships especially at the CxO level.
  • Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle with accountability while engaging specialist team members.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years of Business and IT consulting solution sales with proven quota attainment in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Experience in selling technology Products, Business and IT solutions to the Fortune 1000 Life Sciences industry with a proven track record of executive sales success.
  • Strong sales skills & ability to work with CxO-level executives
  • Action-oriented, results -oriented, 'take charge' attitude, capable of developing a strong business case for client action and the skills to bring those to close.
  • Proven experience in scaling not only their company's current presence in the marketplace, but their ability to work together with other senior executives to ensure their offerings receive maximum exposure across several of their company's clients.
