Responsibilities

We are seeking a Client Manager for our Client Service team located in Skokie, IL.

Client Manager role will manage assigned sponsors, conduct internal strategic sales and providing centralized, multi-site coordination for rapid responsiveness to sponsor requests.  This role will manage client services functions including proposal and bid processes and client visits to ensure positive customer experience.  Will also work with senior management, sales and scientific staff to ensure best practices in customer service.

Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline.
  • Experience:  3-5 years customer service or related experience. Experience in a contract research and/or pharmaceutical setting preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
