- Develop product strategy and formulate tactical plans for marketing and sales activities
- Prepare sales tools such as product introduction(application, strength and benefit),competitive analysis, tender specification, brochure and advertisement etc.
- Implement and monitor market promotion activities, such as promotional campaigns, exhibition, seminar, advertisement, workshop etc.
- Train and coach sales, application specialist and distributors regularly New product launch and identify new opportunities to drive growth and market presence Forecast, monitor and control sales for the responsible products
- Provide sales with application and solution advice to satisfy customer needs and expectations Collaborate with sales manager to identify of KOLs.
- Independently management capability in professional market, especially in education and product Medicine or technical background is preferred
- Good interpersonal skill, team player and well-organized
- Good command of English in both oral and written
