Senior Change Manager Supply Chain
Supply Chain is responsible for the EMEA region for the planning & inventory management processes and for the physical logistics & distribution network processes and development. The department works closely with the Product and Project Management functions and ensures that new products and product life cycle changes are implemented according committed timelines, which means that the supply chain is efficient, effective and compliant to local or regional regulations.
As a Change Manager you increase the success of non product Supply Chain changes and initiatives by applying a structured framework of methods, tools and processes managing the change from a current state to a future state. You are responsible for the execution of Start Report and Change Report processes to manage new product introductions and change projects within Supply chain for Astellas EMEA and other regions (if product is sourced from EMEA) up until the first delivery at the agreed timeline and in line with business plans, conditions of quality and compliance. Furthermore you will lead and coordinate multiple projects of new Supply Chain processes, within EMEA.
Your personal qualifications as a Senior Change Manager Supply Chain
- Bachelor degree in the area of Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Operations Management
- 5-10 years of experience
- Experience of working in Logistics / Supply chain
- Extensive experience with international change / project management
Highly numerate and analytical
Articulate, with good communication skills and ability to present to all levels EMEA
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written, Additional language is an advantage
Ability to work in a multi country/culture environment
As a Change Manager Supply Chain you are numerate and analytical. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. An additional language is an advantage.
