Project Description

Build a strong relationship/partnership with Key Chain Pharmacy Accounts and strengthen integrated selling approach with collaboration across Business Units/Functions to achieve business objectives by providing customized value proposition

  • Gather information about (potential or existing) key accounts from external and internal sources (e.g. market research institutes, internal cross-functional customer-facing teams)
  •  Develop key account plan based on clear objectives and to break down into operational targets
  •  Lead in all planning and interactions to develop actions/programs with different company stakeholders for the key account
  •  Monitor key account development and compliance with contract guidelines
  •  Develop KPIs for successful implementation at account level
  •  Engage & negotiate with external stakeholders with customized propositions
  •  Excellent execution at key account outlets with close collaboration across Business Units
  •  Track and re-evaluate strategy and implementation

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline with Key Account Management or at least five (5) years’ sales experience preferably in the MNC pharmaceutical company
  • Proven track record in delivering business-impact project in a complex, cross functional environment and execution capability in a leadership position with established track record of successes
  • Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented
  • A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross-functionally
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills i.e persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
