About the department 
  • GSC Finance was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Financial Planning & Analytics and Marketing Analytics for Head Quarters, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Center.
  • Marketing Analytics is a part of GSC Finance and was founded in June 2013 with the idea of establishing a team consisting of dedicated marketing and analytics professionals. Through data analytics and insights, the unit supports the decision making process of the stakeholders across IO (International Operations), company and Head Quarters, spanning Marketing and Commercial effectiveness functions.
  • Ambition is to mature into a one-stop for all Business analytics services for Marketing analytics and commercial effectiveness. 
  • Marketing Analytics aims at offering services across the sales, marketing and commercial spectrum to all geographies, by nurturing talent for our company  in accordance with the company  way.
  • The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardization and efficiency

Key responsibilities
  •  Supports best in class processes for data governance, data validation, data entry, and data archives
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve them
  • Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support 

Main job tasks
Chargebacks and Master Data Management:·         
  • Create and maintain customer master data for Sales Reps in SAP and ensure timely approval of accuracy of data·        
  •  Create Returns Only template for use in mass load into SAP and ensure timely approval of accuracy of data ·         
  • Review and confirm data in the system of record (SAP) against request forms·         
  • Perform monthly verification and maintenance on State Licenses in SAP·         
  • Provide reporting to stakeholders 

  • PDF claim payment documentation out of the Model N system and create payment packages for quarterly Medicaid rebate payments·        
  •  Update the weekly Treasury bill and monthly CPI-U rates in Model N·         
  • Prior to the start of processing quarter, publish all non-published prices in Model N·         
  • Download State Preferred Drug Lists from State websites on a quarterly basis·         
  • Perform an SAP-Model N weekly reconciliation of Medicaid payments & research and document any variances ·        
  •  On a quarterly basis, using CMS and HRSA as reference sources, verify that all active SPAP and ADAP contracts are qualified·        
  •  Upon completion of a processing cycle, update the quarterly Medicaid Dashboard tool with refreshed data

Institutional Contracts:·         
  • Monthly NAE Account Performance PowerPoint Creation
  • Extract sales and contract data and prepare PowerPoint decks representing customer performance trends to IC team members within contracted time lines·         
  • Admin Fees – Extract sales data, analyse and prepare payment for administrative fees submitting to IC team members within contracted time lines·         
  • Validate Membership – Act as reviewer to ensure that customer records and membership schedules aligns with and is synchronized to company data systems

Government Pricing:·         
  • Data preparation including data reconciliation and validation of processes using various systems (Excel, Access and Sequel)
  • Provide monthly reporting to stakeholders using various systems

Other areas of responsibility
  • Conduct quality check of various reports and analysis  
  • Ensure process documentation is recorded Ad hoc reporting activities
  • Independently execute tasks with minimal supervision
  • Enhance good department team spirit in Marketing Analytic (GSC Finance)High degree of knowledge sharing as relevant

  •  A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Good academic track records and grades
  • 2+ years of experience in Pharma industry Experience in analytics and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Knowledge of US Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Processes

Must have
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced)
  • Model N and SAP experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management abilities Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business  Naturally assumes ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results
  • The candidate is expected to exhibit a high degree of flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment of deliverables keeps changing with the ever changing business dynamics
