|Description of unit:||Orion Information Management (IM) employs 80 people, of which approximately two thirds are located in Espoo. Other locations are Turku, Kuopio, Hanko, Mumbai and Nottingham. We support Orion’s business in achieving its strategic targets not only by ensuring the availability of IT services but also by constantly looking for new innovations to match the current and future business needs.|
|Description of position:|| We are looking for a service oriented and business driven IT professional to join us in developing optimal solutions for Orion. You will play a key role in defining and developing Orion Document management and Collaboration. You have drive to succeed in the information management from the beginning to all the way to archiving the information. You feel comfortable in possessing a very broad and challenging role with wide responsibilities and expectations. You are equally capable of discussing future needs with the business management and technical details with IT specialists. You innovate new solutions and ways of working together with Orion’s businesses and functions. |
- Develop and support existing Document management architecture based on pharma requirements.
- Develop and be part in creating Orion e-archiving.
- Engage with Business SME’s across multiple functional areas to clarify and understand their needs
- Translate requirements into value adding solutions
- Own the solution concepting and development for new solutions in the area
- Have strong role in vendor management in own area of expertise
- Develop yourself and your work continously
|Requirements:|| You are expected to have more than three years of experience from document management and information life-cycle related activities. You have in-depth understanding of modern collaboration tools. Experience in Documentum and O365 technologies are considered a plus. You need to understand quality requirements governing pharma IT systems and have strong passion for driving value from regulated IT-systems. |
We appreciate a suitable upper university degree from a relevant field. Taking ownership of and completing tasks at hand is natural for you. Being successful in the role requires understanding of what brings value to the business, curiosity, excellent collaboration, consultation and communication skills, positive “can do” attitude as well as taking responsibility. You exemplify continuous improvement attitude and are familiar with Lean philosophy and methodologies. Due to the nature of Orion business filling the position requires an approved health examination, including drug testing.
