  • The Medical Systems Division represents our company's largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes. 
  • We aim to continuously find better and more economical solutions to medical issues which improve the well-being of patients, enhance the working environment for doctors and nursing staff and help to develop the overall performance of health care providers.  

  Your Responsibilities:  
  • Understands complex business processes, the strategy and legacy in a Medical Service Business environment                             
  • Supports the subsidiaries on processes and tools and uses best practices that go beyond the scope of single departments and the organization                             
  • Be fluent in technical and business terminology                             
  • Is able to map business scenarios to information technologies, realize them and is able to think strategically                             
  • Sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the implications and risks of process changes on the Medical Service Business landscape                             
 Your Qualifications:   
  • Successfully completed academic studies or comparable professional qualification                            
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a Medical Devices Inhouse and Field Service environment                            
  •  High degree of customer focus, people management skills                             
  •  Experience of SAP CRM and ERP modules or similar ERP systems                            
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects and activities successfully                            
  • Experience working in an international environment with cross functional teams                            
  •  Fluent English - preferable also German                            
  • Strong analytical, influencing and interpersonal skills                            
  •  A positive and delivery focused attitude delivering a great customer experience                            
  • Travel required
