 Description:
We are looking to fill a position immediately at our Head Office: Business Process Modeller (m/f) 



 Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Owning tools, methodology and guidelines for designing, documenting, optimising and monitoring processes in the ERP Project
  • GPO’s central point of contact for maintaining the programme’s and project’s BPMLs (Business Process Master Lists) in Signavio in alignment with the company Process Model (CPM), including GRC risks, ERP transaction mapping and Glossary Maintenance for ERP business processes and scenarios
  • Reviewing process models (BPMNs) which shall be integrated into CPM and publication on the Signavio Collaboration Portal
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer for globally defined BBP process landscape and capabilities to local roll-out projects in order to facilitate local fit-gap analysis and drive process harmonization 
  • Comparing localized ERP processes with global ERP processes; analyzing deviations and involving of GPOs in approvals as part of the BPO community (Extended Design Authority Member) 
     


 Profile required: 
  • Bachelor degree or higher and at least 3 year of relevant working experience in business process modelling, ideally in the context of SAP ERP related processes
  • Familiar with Signavio or at least with other common process modelling tools
  • Strong process improvement orientation and conceptual skills, communication skills and awareness for quality and results as well as problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ideally good knowledge about pharmaceutical business processes and GxP
  • Strong willingness to initiate changes, take initiative and to carry the corresponding responsibility
  • Prepared to travel Europe-wide on a regular basis
