Project Description

Business Manager (f/m) 
Your tasks:     
  • Establishing an effective 'Key Account Management' approach with all our key customers
  • Increasing yearly sales figures and profit in the region assigned
  • Leading all aspects of the sales process, together with other company departments in order to develop solutions and services
  • Ensuring achievement of desired market penetration within the targeted account
  • Development of business plans for new markets and opportunities
  • Managing and servicing key personnel of our customers to grow the business in line with company requirements
  • Ensuring effective cross-functional cooperation of all our key customers with our finance, marketing, supply chain, customer service department
  • Planning for and administration of the assigned region
  • Monitoring and reporting of market and competitor activities, including accurate forecast

 


Your profile:     
  • University degree in the field of economics or related education
  • Experience in self-dependent, strategic project management in an international environment
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of post-graduated work experience in the pharma industry, with a regional focus on Asian countries
  • Very good English skills, Chinese being a strong asset
  • High level of intercultural competence
  • Strong team-working skills, organizational skills, flexibility and commitment
  • Interest in working in a science-oriented, complex and challenging environment
