Project Description

Responsibilities:
  • Administration of business SaaS software (Salesforce, Kimble, etc.) including
    • User account provisioning
    • First level support (help desk)
    • Training and early life support
  • Analyze business requirements and suggest enhancements
  • Provide technical expertise for future implementation and evolutions.
  • Participate to the change and release management processes
    • Gather feedback
    • Manage regression testing of new releases and change requests
    • Log and monitor problems
  • Write and maintain related documentation (design document, reports, manuals, etc.)
  • Support internal PMO projects

Experience:
  • 3+ years experience in similar position, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Proven experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with software deployment is a plus
  • Experience in database management is a plus.

Personal attributes and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Computing or equivalent
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with end user (problem solving, training)
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
