Bulk Dispensing Operator - Fixed Duration Employment

Everything at Lilly begins with the unmet medical needs of people. Lilly is a research-based pharmaceutical company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with affiliates in Puerto Rico. Lilly del Caribe, Inc. has biotechnology and manufacturing facilities located in Carolina.
  • Weight and dispense materials according to the documentation and procedures
  • Perform cleaning of the dispensing rooms, general and warehouse areas following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Receive and storage materials (WIP and Finished Product)
  • Monitoring of freezers and manage the corresponding documentation
  • Disposal of materials
  • Follow the Health & Safety, SOP's and Quality Standards.
  • Clean areas and equipment used in the dispensing operations.
  • Follow the Process Safety Management rules

EDUCATION: Associate Degree.

EXPERIENCE: Preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Experience in pharmaceutical operations is preferred.

SKILLS: Previous experience in Dispensing operations and weighting of raw materials, materials management and inventory systems.

Bilingual (English/Spanish), teamwork oriented, good interpersonal and customer service skills. Candidate must have a strong compliance mindset and sound judgment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under supervision. Available to support a 7/24 operation in rotating shifts.

Preferable: Forklift and Explosives Licenses.
