Execution:

  • Supervise and manage marketing program implementation.
  • Develop promotional materials, including detailing aid, group selling slides, brand reminders, etc.
  • Manage OPEX Accountable for OPEX management.
  • Cross-functional communication:
  • Work closely with sales, medical, PRA,access, distribution and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities\\
  • Responsible for co-promotion brand with external company that require good communication skills and personal influence
  • Partnership with external party:
  • Responsible for co-promotion brand with external company that require good communication skills and personal influence
  • Positive and be determined
  • Training:
  • Be responsible for product knowledge and marketing strategy training to sales force, including IDP
  • Help Associate brand director to facilitate X-function workshop and brand campaign process
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop Brand strategy, tactic and programs to support product growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve market share in today’s highly competitive market.
  • TL management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key TLs and advocates in key target markets

Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Required English level--Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
  • Medical background preferred
  • At least 1 years related working experience
Desirable:
