Brand Director

  • Team Management
  • Establish brand teams and develop solid new product launch capability
  • Lead affiliate launch team with effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Launch Readiness and Strategic Planning
  • Develop launch strategy, branding, and lifecycle management
  • Lead launch readiness preparation and implementation
  • Champion cross-function collaboration and global team partnership to achieve solid launch readiness planning and execution
  • Make strategic decisions on brand investment through multi-channel engagement to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Identify and deliver critical measures for pre-launch and post-launch effectiveness
  • Thought Leader Management
  • Identify, engage and gain endorsement of thoughts leaders in targeted therapeutic areas
  • Gain deep customer insights to guide brand strategy
  • Provide engagement solutions to thought leaders in pre-launch and post-launch stage
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to address unmet needs in an integrated approach
  • Solution Management
  • Lead teams to deliver positive customer experiences through solution design and execution
  • Conduct launch campaigns to shape a positive environment for brand **
  • Manage the process of solution creation in collaboration with launch team members

  • Experiences requirement:
  • At least 8-year brand management experience, Immunology with Rheumatology experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years people management experience as brand leader for a strategic brand or marketing manager
  • New product/indication launch experience
  • Education: Bachelor Degree, Major in Science, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy is preferred, MBA is a plus
  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin
