BioAg S&OP Lead, Supply Operations, Milwaukee, WI
In this role, you will orchestrate the Novozymes BioAg S&OP process together with our alliance partner Monsanto and their IBP process. As the BioAg S&OP Lead you will be interacting with numerous stakeholders across sales, finance and production at senior management and lower both within our own organization as well as Monsanto’s. You will be responsible for reaching an aligned plan for the next 24 months in collaboration with each of these stakeholders. You’ll be given the opportunity to challenge conventions and collaborate with your colleagues, so that together you can help Novozymes change the world.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
•Execution and development of the S&OP process both internally and towards Monsanto
•Development of the short-term S&OE process both internally and towards Monsanto
•Reporting on S&OP related KPIs hereunder for demand, supply and inventory
•Developing scenarios for the S&OP process in close collaboration with Monsanto, Business Finance, Commercial Team, Supply Chain and Production
•Training others in the concepts of S&OP
•Experience with planning and cross-functional interactions (ie. S&OP/IBP processes)
•Strong analytical abilities
•Confident in presenting to and managing top management stakeholders
•Ability to orchestrate changes in a growing organization
•Excellent communication skills
