Job Description DuPont Pioneer has an exciting opportunity for an Automation Coordinator to join our company. As the Automation Coordinator, you will work with the Production Automation Supervisor to maintain the local production control network, programming standards, and propose new equipment for the location. You will be challenged with duties and responsibilities that will evolve throughout the year.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Maintain integrity of automation server and processors at locationUnderstand the strategy for the control network operating production locations and is accountable for the implementation of the strategy at the local level Lead and foster the safety culture with team members, and drive maintenance and reliability of the control networkDevelop a strategy for automation support for the locations which includes training of operatorsAssist in the development, installation, inspection and maintenance of new or enhanced mechanical and/or electrical equipmentPreventative maintenance conducted on field or facility equipment/machinery or vehicles.Estimate labor and equipment costs, maintain appropriate maintenance, inventory and repair logsMay lead others in maintenance or oversee certain program, processes or projectsResponsible for supporting electrical system  Job Qualifications The following are required: Two-year technical /vocational degree or equivalent trainingThree to five (3-5) years of combined on-the-job automation experience Electrical backgroundExperience with the following: FTV Studio, RSLinx Classic, RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, RSNetWork (Controlnet), FT AssetCentre, or FT Activation ManagerExperience with Control LogicsWilling and able to work in a variety of areas (plant, warehouse)Willing and able to climb and/or work in elevated areas; standing and sitting for extended periodsWilling and able to work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet and dry conditionsWilling and able to lift up to 60 lbs. and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive liftingWillingness and ability to work overtime hours including weekend work required during seasonal peaksProblem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and teamwork skillsGood  verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate computer skills   The following are preferred: Experience with Allen Bradley HardwareBachelor s degree in engineeringAbility to read blue printsAbility to obtain professional certificationsTraining/coaching skillsProject management skills
