Management and coordination of Marketing operations for global Nutritional Health. This includes the management of trade shows, conference activities, key sponsorships and premier customer experiences. This position will work as a key member of the Marketing team and serve as the marketing operations lead for customer experiences and events.
Coordinate with Commercial global leads and other marketing team members to maximize presence and return on investments at global level.
Coordinate with convention management to secure placement and promotional activity.
On-site coordination of booth setup, promotional activities, and overall trade show coordination in conjunction with Commercial team
Manage trade show budgets.
Management of key sponsorship activities.
Shipment and coordination of booth and materials to global trade shows.
Oversee trade show management vendor in conjunction
Work closely with advertising agency and other marketing team members to develop promotional materials and supporting literature, booth design, and layout.
Align with full marketing team on key messages and booth product representation
Working knowledge of, and compliance, with project approval requirements, Lilly policies, and procedures.
Lead and help to create the direction for a positive customer experience associated with brand contracted faculty initiatives internal meetings, sales meetings, speaker training meetings, advisory board meetings, etc. (Main point of contact)

Two years of experience in Animal Health industry
