Manage the targeting process in support of Alliance and Retail team in terms of target list selection,
territory deployment, sales quota allocation and change management by providing systematic approaches,
evidence-based data analysis and
1.Streamline and manage sales
- Establish SOP for the process of target list
selection, territory deployment and sales quota allocation and change
management in line with company strategy.
- Manage the process, continuously evaluate
process and identify opportunities for improvement.
2 Provide analytically derived recommendations
from SFE perspective for decision making.
Set up measurable KPIs and conduct analysis to track business impact
with regard to execution of target setting
Provide effective tools and
- Design and develop tools & systems in
collaboration with IT, and/or vendors to support the sales planning
- Maintain the BI system for target information
uploading, and enhance the BI system to fit for the streamlined process.
3 Conduct effective communication
- Lead top-down and cross-function communication on
sales planning to ensure the strategy, criteria and requirements are well understood. Actively seek feedback from field force.
Work closely with Alliance and Retail team to identify their needs and
design appropriate training courses for better understanding SFE methodology,
process and tools
