You will be responsible for a section of the fermentation plant in Kalundborg - Novozymes  most complex fermentation facility. We are 50 employees in the department, and as Associate Manager, you will secure the daily operation, and work on the longer-term development of our future way of operating. Your team will consist of one technician, one engineer and approx. 10 operators working on a 3-shift schedule. You will become a member of the department leadership team, and will get significant impact on the department s performance. You will be part of a growing international company, and this position offers exciting development opportunities locally at site Kalundborg.
