Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Talent Planning for our Human Resources Group site located in Wilmington, MA.

In addition to managing day-to-day talent planning activities, the Associate Director of Talent Planning will provide organizational guidance and support for the business partnering with the Director of Talent Management to drive succession planning, talent assessment, survey design, administration and analysis, performance management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness to support business priorities. Assist in the development and recommendation of departmental budget. Maintain, report and analyze data to performance, talent and learning initiatives and find ways to streamline/improve tracking and reporting processes. Qualifications

The following are minimum requirements related to the Associate Director of Talent Planning position.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent in talent management, organizational development, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years related talent management management experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
