 The candidate for this position will play a pivotal role on global product strategy and commercial activities to support the launch of our most advanced immuno-oncology asset epaacdostat.

The candidate will work collaboratively with global stakeholders and regional affiliates to develop and implement global brand and disease area strategies to successfully launch epacadostat in melanoma. The position will report to the Global Product Strategy Lead for Epacadostat in melanoma.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Support development and implementation of key launch initiatives including global brand and disease strategy, core brand positioning, messaging, and promotional tools and resources
  • Lead brand training initiatives and develop and implement plans for programs at international scientific meetings Lead multichannel media planning and coordination with the regions.
  • Participate in melanoma planning and management activities

  • Develop and maintain a high degree of therapeutic area knowledge in melanoma

  • Support competitive intelligence initiatives

  • Manage the launch budget for epacadostat

  • Develop and manage market opportunity assessments and global forecasts

  • Develop relationships with key external experts

  • Ensure seamless sharing of information and best practices across the organization

  • Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced business degree strongly preferred

  • 8+ years commercial brand leadership or global product launch experience

  • Extensive oncology and/or hematology knowledge; melanoma experience preferred

  • Experience working in both global and regional/affiliate roles; international experience preferred

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact with senior leadership


  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for business growth


  • Superior communication skills and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information

  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment

  •  Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and lead change, gain commitment to action
