Project Description


The ideal candidate will have:
  • University degree 
  • Clerical and administrative experience 
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written (advanced level) 
  • Team player with a “can-do” attitude 
  • Friendly, approachable and able to build relationships at all levels 
  • Discreet and professional – ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate strong work ethics 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail 
  • Flexible, fast learner, able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced and energetic working environment 
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) 


The scope of responsibilities will include:

RECRUITMENT
  • Assistance in posting job openings, organizing and conducting entry testing of job candidates for various positions in the office/region 
  • Assistance in conducting interviews for various positions in the office/region 
  • Maintenance of hiring records for office/region 


TRAINING
  • Assistance in arrangements for training of office/regional staff 
  • After relevant training, conduct of induction and procedural trainings for office/regional staff 
  • Assistance in coordination of training activities between company offices 
  • Liaison with extradepartmental resources for organizing training for office/regional staff 


MISCELLANEOUS
  • Supervised maintenance of staff CVs, training files, evaluation records 
  • Assistance in preparation for and attendance at system audits 
  • Supervised maintenance of company HR database and associated applications
