Purpose of Job (Summary)
To deliver on, or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct promotion of all products to all accounts in the territory
  • Development and implementation of individual account strategies as agreed with the National Sales Manager
  • Presence in theater to promote products and actively offer suggestions of additional products which can be used by surgeons.
  • Presentations to customer groups
  • Maintenance of effective record systems
  • Attendance at conferences and meetings, as necessary 
  • Regular personal inspection of consignment stocks 
  • Liaise with UK/IRE Country Manager and UK Sales Team colleagues 
  • Effective time management and journey cycle planning   Measurement
  • Attainment of  sales targets at agreed ASP
  • Effective visit management as indicated by sales force effectiveness

  • Previous experience within medical device industry desirable
  • Demonstrable wins within large key accounts UK wide
  • Results driven track record of developing and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Customer focused approach
