Responsibilities :
  •  Implement central marketing activities and projects to ensure marketing strategy localized and fully implemented
    • Collect, analyse and report regional market trends
    • According to center marketing strategy and local market share, draw up market plane of targeted
    • To assist central project execute in region
  • Work closely with sales team to develop regional marketing strategy.
  • Maintain and develop national and regional KOL to ensure marketing strategy endorsed by local KOLs.
  • Coaching and training sales team in product knowledge update.
  • Control local marketing expenses. Under the budget proposal of RSM, approving marketing expenses.



Qualification
  • Bachelor or above, Medicine or Pharma background preferred
  • 2. 5 years above in Pharm working experience, sales experience preferred.
  • 3. Good communication skill and good accountability of problem solving
  • 4. Good team work
  • 5. Learn for future
  • 6. PC skill: Word, Excel, PPT etc"
