- Professional will be responsible for technical support in fresh fermented (yogurt) application and should work independently with proficiency in theory and practice, aligned with the strategy defined by the company.
- Experience within dairy industry, mainly yogurt application
- Deep knowledge in yogurt process and formulation, culture and hydrocolloids applied in yogurt
- Develop technical solutions to customer-driven and marketing-driven food projects from bench-top to commercial scale levels
- Drive profitability and growth within customer interactions via active collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Management focused on South America
- Establishes and maintains a broad network within global company Knowledge teams
- Project manager/leader
- Deliver technical presentations to both internal and external customers/contacts
- Writes technical literature
- Adhere to all safety and quality requirements and offer suggestions to enhance site safety
- Food engineering; Food Technology or related roles with technical background in yogurt application
- English: fluent - Spanish: advanced
