Responsibilities Lilly USA IT Solution Services is responsible for driving technology innovation for the US Affiliate. This role will be responsible for leading solution delivery projects, and for implementing service management for those solutions. This position will report to the IT manager primarily responsible for solutions and insights. The person in this role will:Develop customer-centric solutions to be used by business teams within the US Sales and Marketing AffiliateConsult with internal customers (e.g. MHS teams) to develop analyses that lead to actionable insightsWork with data from multiple internal and external data sources to create integrated views to be used in driving decisionsDevelop expertise of processes and data used by business functions within the US AffiliateEnsure ongoing solution stability for the business Key Responsibilities: Partner with and influence IT and business team members to drive solution deliveryPartner with internal and external technical teams to build solutionsUnderstand the key elements of the project related data and business usageEnsure solutions adhere to quality and compliance requirementsInfluence and provide input to user experience (UX/UI)Develop business requirements and solution designs Partner with vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of solution requirementsResponsible for customer acceptance, defect resolution, business issue resolution Build familiarity with data visualization tools to provide best solutions to businessEnsure adherence to appropriate quality standards and risk-based decision making for all delivery effortsManage support of solutions, and execute service management processEnsure knowledge transfer to appropriate personnelManage projects and ensure alignment with overall roadmap and strategy 31670BR Basic Qualifications Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 3 years IT experienceExperience with analytics and business intelligence solutionsExperience in applying quality and compliance requirementsQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
