  • Support members of the Regulatory Affairs team

Responsibilities include
  • PA responsibility for head of department 
  • Diary management 
  • Arrange travel and accommodation 
  • Organise meeting rooms and requirements including catering 
  • Draft expenses for team members for sign-off 
  • Raise purchase orders and arrange payment of invoices 
  • General administrative duties 

About you
  • Extensive administrative experience and computer skills required (Word, Excel, and Power Point etc.) 
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines 
  • Good communication skills are essential 
  • Flexibility and the ability to re-prioritise workload 
  • Team player with ability to handle work of a confidential nature
