Project Description

Administrative Student Assistant for Bio Dermatology at LEO Pharma

Do you want to join a highly energetic team and do you want to test your competencies every day? Are you highly skilled and structured? Then you may be the person we are looking for to help our Bio Dermatology team perform in their daily tasks across the European continent.

Leo Pharma A/S is an international pharmaceutical company. The company was founded in 1908 and has a long heritage within dermatology. Today, we are present in about 100 countries, which allowed us to help 70 million patients last year alone. After a century of continued success, we are moving forward with a vision to help patients overcome their skin conditions.

Bio Dermatology, a new Global Strategic Commercial Unit responsible for the launch of a new biologic solution for people with psoriasis, is looking for an Administrative Student Assistant. This newly created position will be based in our headquarters in Ballerup and with colleagues across Europe. You will have a very central role in the everyday work at the office, in creating an overview and gathering the treads.

To fulfill the role you must be highly structured and enjoy taking independent decisions in a busy day.

We are looking for a colleague that works independently, but at the same time is a good team player.

Our new colleague will be responsible for numerous administrative tasks, including coordination of internal meetings and events, booking and preparing internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and various ad hoc tasks. Depending on your background and experience, you will be involved in other relevant tasks, for example creative tasks to help the commercial team with marketing activities and materials.

Requirements to the ideal candidate

  • Is highly organized and structured
  • Can approach the planning of international events with creativity
  • Is action-oriented, independent and flexible
  • Good at keeping the overview – even during busy periods
  • A great and extremely helpful colleague
  • Experienced in handling many projects at once and finalizing them quickly
  • Microsoft Office super user (Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Outlook)
  • User experience with SAP will be a benefit
  • Knowledge about the pharma industry is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Is fluent in written and oral English
  • Can work with us for a longer term contract (approximately 1½ years)

The position is a part-time with 15 hours per week. We are flexible when it comes to number of working days per week.

We offer an exciting and attractive position in a professional and highly competent environment with the possibility of continuous professional and personal development.

The applications will be reviewed and interviews conducted on an on-going basis. We require a short cover letter and a CV (English) before 31st May 2017.

We look forward to welcoming you to the team.
