The Opportunity:

As the company transitions, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Rochester office.

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new employee on-boarding logistics, maintenance of organization charts, and updates to OHIO
  • Assist with tracking employee training plans and records
  • Administrative responsibilities for Sharepoint sites, Coordinate calendars, including conference rooms, and assist with scheduling meetings.
  • Records Management coordinator
  • Travel logistics for all managers.
  • Lead and assist with effective employee communications through town hall meetings, teleconference calls and facilitating written updates/newsletters.
  • Liaison with Finance to track accruals, headcount and journal entry research. 
  • Create and maintain department metrics
  • Coordinate factory tours
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned 

 

 

The Individual:

The position requires a High School degree with 2-3 years of administrative support experience, working in an office/business environment. This individual must have proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs.  They must have excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to multi-task and complete assignments/projects accurately in timely manner.
