This position is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to make a positive difference and support real outcomes for Lilly through activities on the Global Bio-Medicines Med Affairs Team. Given the breadth of the team, and the volume and scope, this position requires previous Lilly experience within the Biomed global team space and advanced skills in the areas of communication, organization, problem-solving, international travel and meeting logistics. The role requires a skilled professional given the exposure s/he will have to external partners and confidential information. This position is business critical to ensuring the success and efficiency of team members who are dedicated to expanding Lilly s product pipeline. This position supports the travel and meeting logistics for domestic and international trips for Lilly participants. Demonstrated ability to effectively managing multiple business partners within a globally diverse team is essential.

Plans meetings and events of various sizes at both offsite and onsite locations
Maintains, handles, and processes confidential information
Serves as a backup for other administrative personnel
Represents the administrative staff or the department on task forces or committees
Creates, updates and maintains area s shared information, including posting monthly reports and schedules to website, database, collaboration site, etc.
Prepares expense report requests for business partners
Partners with corporate procurement on team deliverables including priority purchase order processes
High School Diploma/GED
Must have at least 10-15 years of recent Administrative Assistant experience within a large corporate setting, preferably with recent global team and Biomedicines experience.
Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.
