Administrative Assistant Clinical Trials



In this position you are involved with performance as part of clinical logistics in clinical studies. You will be working in a team with other assistants clinical trial operations and together you are responsible for Viroclinics Helpdesk (24/7), reconciliations of data bases, communication with sites, construction of manuals  and all administrative tasks involved in clinical studies. We expect a positive working attitude and a great commitment to complete the projects successfully.


Personal competences

Your competences are highly service and customer orientated, communicative,  excellent administrative skills, Excel experience, attention to detail and focus on quality, flexible, loyal, reliable, independent, responsible, a proactive working attitude, able to manage narrow timeliness and to work in shifts.


Education and experience

A completed education at MBO level is required. Excellent knowledge of excel, strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and an administrative background are also required.


Salary level

Conform education, experience, and company policy. We offer a 1-year- contract with the possibility of extension upon good performance, and eventually a permanent position.
