i have my experience in Sales, logistic and operational management at wholesalers of FMCG in belgium and abroad. the last 2 years i was employed in the grand duchy of luxembourg. since march 2014 i started working for teleflex medical in tongeren as warehouse Supervisor inbound. since may i changed to the role as warehouse Supervisor outbound to enlarge my experience. it was always extremely important for myself creating a good relationship with the clients and my colleagues using a clear and correct way to communicate. my strenght of persuasion and Negotiation were always a usefull tool. a clear organization and proper Planning were also my guideline. after my Education Marketing the commercial part staid interesting. although i built my Career in Logistics, i always remained the person who contacted his customers in case they had any problems or complaints to look with them finding solutions.

    teleflex is a leading global provider of specialty Medical Devices for a range of procedures in Critical Care and Surgery. headquartered in limerick, pa, teleflex employs approximately 11,100 people worldwide and serves Healthcare providers in more than 130 countries. as warehouse Supervisor i am responsible for managing the outbound department at the edc. i'm doing this now for 2 months, to enlarge my experience, before i was responsible for managing the inbound department at the edc. as a people manager i manage and Coach the teamleaders in line with the core values. focus is on safety and development of all warehouse employees. maintain Compliance with company policies, safety standards, GMP, ISO and other government regulations. furthermore gaining and using knowledge of the existing systems to improve the operations. concerned in the redesign-project of our warehouse. i'm reporting to the warehouse operations manager. Planning Strategy for the activities of the Business Processes (picking, storage, transport, distribution) with the objective of the satisfaction of the customers (large and small filling stations with shops: total, aral, gulf, shell, esso, q8). run and optimize the operating procedures for the receipt, storage, preparation and delivery of the orders. monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency (productivity) of the logistic process. coordination of the daily work and management over a 100 employees (orderpickers, warehousemen, drivers), including the management of the leave and work Planning of the teams, evaluation interviews and monitoring kpis. realization: productivity increase of 15%, margin of error <0.05%.
