Improved P&L with an increase in profitability (Operating Income from 13% of sales to 33% in two years or 258% increase in local currency). Optimized all company processes and implemented a Quality Management System in 12 months and obtained ISO certifications (9001 and 13485). Improved global teamwork through project prioritization, communication and inter-department coordination. Overall productivity increased by 10% in one year.

Ensured effective business development in Central and Eastern European markets by using the Austrian platform and organization to support this expansion. Full operational and P&L responsibility. Responsible for short and long-term strategy definition and implementation. Overall responsibility for the global organization: 43 people; including 16 acting out of the branch offices in Prague, Budapest and Belgrade. Additionally, managed a distributor network covering the other 10 countries. Directed strong sales growth (20+% CAGR); export activity reached 50% of the €20 million revenues. Managed merged subsidiaries in Austria after the acquisition of Organon Teknika.

Short term mission included the use of strong leadership, organizational and business skills. Achieved structural reorganization and ensured company growth for the long term. Plan was met despite all difficulties; resulting in sales of €40 Million and 7 + % growth.

Led the creation and incorporation of a new, Montréal-based company in 1993. Main assignment included the creation of a complete commercial organization in order to develop local sales and reach full autonomy to better serve the customers. By the end of fiscal 1998, the company accounted for 30 employees with $10M in sales.
