    February 2010 --- January 2015
    As Internal Services Manager it was my job to align customer service, purchase and logistics activities in the local offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and the UK. I have worked on the implementation of new systems, the set-up of a new services structure and new cross-functional cooperations. As People Manager I was leading a team spread over the 4 countries. The focus was on change management, performance management, talent & development planning, recruitment.

  • Customer Care Manager EMEA
    October 2005 --- June 2009
    As Customer Care Specialist for Italy and the Middle East for the Crop Protection business unit I was involved in the start-up of the site in Antwerp. I took over the customer service activities from the local offices in Italy and Turkey and together with a team of 40 people I was responsible for setting up and maintaining good relationships with existing and new customers within the entire EMEA region. As Manager I was responsible for the people management of my team, the improvement of the cross-functional cooperation and the implementation of global Customer Care procedures.
