    - Development of new agriculture Biostimulants and biofertilizers by pilot-plant trials (Bio-process optimization) - Search of natural organic Food additives, Food ingredients and raw materials. Technical assistance to commercial department. Food formulation. Satisfying customer demands.

    Development and Testing of machinery for the cocoa and nuts industry. Enrolled in new Log5 Project (pasteurization of dry foods such as nuts and herbs), taking care of the whole process conditions, Quality Product assessment, microbiology studies through heat-treatment effectivity, co-working with customers and reporting them. Optimization of roasting of several nuts process and roaster machinery. Process lines development and optimization in cocoa and chocolate production and nuts pasteurization.

    Physicochemical Analysis (ºBrix, pH, Fructose, Moisture, color, sugars, spectrophotometry) of honey and other sweet desserts; Long-life Products studies; Quality control in plant production; Sampling arrangement; Taste panel of desserts.

  • Erasmus Internship as a Research Assistant
    February 2014 --- September 2014
    Identification, and further sequencing, of methanogen archea from a bioreactor through: DNA amplification (PCR), quantification (qPCR) and T-RFLP analysis interpretation by using the bioinformatic program PeakScanner. I also worked with polluted water and soil samples.
