• Moving Order Entry from Brussels to Ghent and set-up of an almost brand-new team. • Integration and Optimization of Loading & Unloading teams. • Introduction of SAP (SD module) in Ghent as “first teacher” for the Ghent Order Entry team. • Rollout of the new Supply Chain organisation and principles to the affiliates; both on the use of SAP as their functional management. • Responsible for the creation of Supply Chain department during and after the carve-out of Taminco from UCB. • Responsible for the administrative integration of the European Methylamine division of Air Products after the acquisition by Taminco. • Key person for administrative integration of the Methylamine US Department of Air Products after the acquisition by Taminco. • Establish Supply Chain department whose parts Order Entry, Production Planning and Logistics & Distribution. (a total of approximately 35 FTE by 2014) • Introduction of a monthly Working Capital analysis and their subsequent corrective actions. • Emphasizing the importance of a proper Customer Complaint / Near misses philosophy and performing the subsequent corrective actions. Follow-up for the Supply Chain department involving the different teams. • Project Manager for developing an S & OP strategy (blueprint) • Team member of the elaboration and rollout of the chosen blueprint with OM Partners.
