Summary

i believe that with my combined background in the chemical and semiconductor/solar industry, i will be good match for upcoming jobs in the nanohealtcare world, where an expertise in semiconductor processing will also be required.

currently, i’m working as a sr. Researcher (Assistant Manager) at kaneka belgium n.v as an assignee at the imec premises, where i’m responsible for the chemical processing from r&d phase up to transfer to production site in japan (about 8-12 weeks a year). this work also includes literature and patent-prior art searches and keeping up to date with the market, competitor and innovative trends. this resulted in a silver patent award within the kaneka corporation.
my experience at kaneka belgium reflects >4.5 years in a corporate r&d environment and i obtained my phd in the high tech campus of imec. during these 10 years i have been able to strengthen my skills within an international team. during my phd i received an outstanding Student award at the ucpss conference.
