After many years of working directly with people or customers in diverse professional settings, I’m seeking to bring new challenges in both my private and professional life.

I’m now actively looking for transversal opportunities involving Project/Program management and international environment. The position would allow me to utilize my experience gained as Service Desk Manager, Continuous Improvement/Project Manager or Country Manager. I developed strong skills in End User environment understanding their needs and challenges, definition of KPI’s, reporting and analyzing of operational delivery and last but not least, P&L responsibility and people management and development. The project management has been part of my professional life since the beginning and is always a key skill for implementing improvements.


Additional experience includes managing the implementation of new services for global and international customers around the globe and global product portfolio definition and implementation.


Much of this experience is transferable since; as you can see, I’ve been involved in various sectors such as Pharma, Manufacturing, IT, Business Process and Financial sector. In addition, my Prince2 certification and Lean experience could be applied to any business area.
