as senior Publications lead, i lead the development of the data dissemination plan for hz/su (herpes zoster sub unit), hiv and ebola Vaccines. the data dissemination plan includes all peer-reviewed Publications (Clinical, Epidemiology, Health Economics, R&D, reviews, others…) from global & regional perspectives. i act as company editor for Publications, ensuring high scientific integrity and adherence to good publication practices (icmje, gpp3 and others). i also am responsible to ensure Compliance with gsk policies. i led the simplification of the publication team’s process to make it lean and user-friendly with direct it integration. i used Problem Solving, process mapping sessions and straightforward logic to get to practical and simple solutions. i Coach and develop my teams in all areas of accountabilities, i motivate and stimulate them in their daily work and solicit ideas and solutions. i like projects facing multiple and wide challenges. i am good at connecting people and making partnerships with people to move ahead. i can handle pressure quite easily. as a hobby i create jewellery in Polymer clay. i started Training in artistic design at edaa school to get out of my comfort zone and learn more about colours, styles to widen my creativity. i am also the happy mom of my 2 kids. skills and expertise: matrix Leadership, team spirit, Communication, solution-focus and positive thinking, creativity…
