Dr İnci Kayın has over 30 years of experience in both operational and executive roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies. She is a leading expert in pharmaceutical product launches into the Turkish market, with experience in a wide range of sub-specialties including but not limited to: diabetes, growth hormones, gynaecology, urology, cardiology and anti-obesity having established contacts with key opinion leaders. She was instrumental in the introduction and growth of the insulin pen technology in Turkey due to her key role in the incorporation of Novo Nordisk’s regional subsidiary. More recently, she has established and was the CEO of Fournier Turkey and Deputy General Secretary of AIFD (Association of Research - Based Pharmaceutical Companies).Since 2009, Dr. Kayın has been working on a number of consulting projects with a special focus on generic, consumer health, health and wellness and hospital products.Dr. Kayin received a BS and PhD in Analytical Chemistry from İstanbul University Pharmaceutical Faculty and completed her post-doc studies at Johann Wolfgang University, Frankfurt. She was awarded the “Business Woman of the Year“ by Dunya Gazetesi in 2004.
