I work as a scientist (postdoc) in Johnson&Johnson, Inc. (Janssen Pharmaceutica NV, Beerse, Belgium) and a research fellow in the European Innovative Medicine Initiative (IMI) (project of K4DD, Kinetics for Drug Discovery). I am developing a large-scale systems pharmacology model which integrate pharmacokinetics, target binding kinetics, systems biology and pharmacodynamics. I commit to the translation of preclinical in vitro and in vivo findings of antipsychotic and anticoagulant drugs to abroad evaluation of efficacy and safety in human, which based on the collaboration with our global partners from Bayer, Sanofi, GSK, AstraZeneca, European Screening Port, Mount Sinai, Leiden University, etc.
