    - Identify national and international KOL’s for internal projects and establish successful collaborations by contracts - Set up a collaboration together with the Laboratory of translational Genetics (VIB) for translating genome-wide data to findings for disease selection, patient stratification and biomarkers identification - Initiate and participate to key brainstorm sessions with the team and experts to reach project deliverables - Design robust cell-based assays for in vitro PoC of validated targets, MoA and for prediction of patient stratification; - Determine biomarkers expression in in vitro models for target validation and cancer indication selection; - Project management from target discovery to drug development - People management - Installation of a CDF facility and SOPs redaction for safe use of cytostatic drug by personnel
