Summary

13 years experience with international sales and sales management (BtB) in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Up to 15 direct reports. My responsibilities have been building up new markets, as well as maintaining existing.
Development and implementation of strategies and business plans within business development and S&M have been a successful part of my work. “Go to Market” plans have been developed and executed, and I have successfully made market introductions of both products and services to new as well as existing markets. I have implemented CRM- and pipeline management systems and build up customer databases from scratch. Many years of experience with direct sale, telemarketing, key accounts managements and negotiation on all levels. My theoretical background is a Master degree in chemistry (cand. Scient); main subjects biotechnology and environmental chemistry. A Master at The International Medical Academy is ongoing.
