Recently graduated magna cum laude as a master in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Leuven. Masters thesis was entitled: "Electrical stimulation at the lesion cavity wall in rats with a lesion in the forelimb area of the primary motor cortex." During my thesis I learned on how to devise an experiment, perform stereotactical surgery on rodents (rat) and how to execute and analyze behavioral tasks in rodents. I am interested in both basic research and clinical research. I enjoy delving into a subject that interests me and get to the core, I don’t give up easily, I am a team player, flexible, independent and keen to learn from others.
