    • Cloning in adenovirus, baculovirus and E.coli vectors, transfection (sf9, 293A cells), transformation of bacteria by heat shock, cell lysis (sonication, disruption, chemical), culture of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, RNA-DNA extractions from various tissues (feces, virus, lungs, spleens) using column or magnetic beads from commercial kits, Real Time (RT)-PCR, diagnostic PCR, production and purification of recombinant proteins by IMAC, ions exchange or affinity chromatography (glutathion, S-protein columns), antibodies purification, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis on PhastSystem (Coomassie blue and silver staining), Western-blotting, diafiltration (stirred cell), cleavage of protein using proteases • Real Time (RT)-PCR : Development of commercial diagnostic kits (duplex or triplex) with 7500 Fast System, diagnostic assays, TaqMan probes (MGB/BHQ-1) and primers design with PrimerExpress. • Achievemnent and development of antigenic and serological ELISA tests (direct, indirect, competition). Immunofluorescence assays. • Development of DNA microarrays • Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and GLP's – use of 4th Dimension (4D) software • Writing of scientific reports • Supervision of Master students or interns
