Summary

today i am a graduate (double master degrees holder) on Biochemistry and molecular biology and also ecotoxicology in collaboration of four international universities. i have almost 15 years’ experience to work with multidisciplinary groups at international level. i mostly worked and practiced with Analytical Chemistry group in both University and industry level. as a person i see myself as an open and self-going person with great sense of responsibility and determination. i always consider myself to be positive, hard worker and supportive in all situations to reach the target point according to Planning and performance. i am very energetic person who can handle any kind of life science Research due to dynamic academic background. to work and socialize with people from different countries and to cooperate is one of my major strengths. i enjoy doing Research and solve technical problem. i have well-built practical skills to work independently and in team. my only wards nothing has end it has always begins.

    i am working with group of fiber biomass technology at R&D center, sca as an industrial Ph.D student to become Research and development Engineer at sca. connection with Östrand mill, sca, mid sweden University (foric), sundsvall and kth University (fpirc), stockholm. my work focus on high quality tissue paper made from chemical pulp only, preferably softwood kraft pulp. the fundamental approach of this Research work is focused on how a typical kraft pulping process can be modified to improve fiber properties to enhance important tissue product properties. kraft pulp fibers have to be treated/ beaten in refiners to achieve appropriate bonding / adhesion properties when being used in tissue paper production. refining is used to increased fiber surface area by means of fibrillation and to release fines (fine particles) from the fiber surfaces. in tissue production there is an aim to minimize the amount of free fines at the same time as increasing the fiber-fiber-bonding/adhesion. different approaches to increase the strength of the fiber-fiber joint will be tested in this work. -firstly can the refining Energy necessary to reach certain tissue properties be reduced if the pulp fiber surfaces to a larger extent consist of very hydrophilic hemicelluloses, hemicelluloses? the aim here is to increase the strength of the fiber-fiber joints. -secondly, will it be possible to increase the proportion of hemicelluloses on the fiber surfaces by means of modifying a kraft cooking process? examples of methods used to modify the kraft process are by changing the conditions in the digester (chemical profiling) and by adding new chemicals (different Carbohydrate compound for example). -and thirdly, the strength properties can be increased in a cost effective way by post-Treatment of the final bleached pulp.     my work was in project form and focused on Validation of a bio analytical method for peroxisomal screening for congenital metabolic disorder. i worked most of the time independently to perform a bio analytical assay ( sample pretreatment using techniques such as derivatisation and solid phase extraction followed by gc/ms Analysis)

    separation products is a department within akzonobel pulp and performance chemicals ab, a global company with 2400 employees in 35 countries. akzonobel pulp and performance chemicals ab is a business unit within akzonobel, one of the world´s largest chemicals groups, with about 50 000 employees in more than 80 countries. however, my main task were Laboratory within the eternity st project where i was trained and then independently performed: -Risk Assessment of Laboratory work. -synthesis of silica with chloro- and alkoxysilanes. -packing of silica in analytical columns. -prepared buffers, mobile phases and test solutions for chromatographic tests. -chromatographic tests with HPLC ( agilent´s systems). -used technical equipment as climate chamber, autoclaves ad 5-l reactor.

    i was the most senior Lecturer of mabs international school and college, bangladesh. it was registered non government educational institute and mostly work for high school level. i was in Teaching for organic and physical Chemistry. i have publish three Student helping guide book for easy going for Chemistry for high school Student. i was mostly focus reaction mechanism in very easy way for my students.

    data and result Analysis (GC-MS and NMR) and helped the group to isolated three compounds which has a great role at Pharmaceutical company for their Medicine.
