    as a principal resourcing specialist of ams my responsibility is to build world-class talent and resourcing capability for some of the world’s leading companies. i usually work as part of a recruitment team based on-site and act as the internal recruitment function for our clients, managing part or all of the hiring process, from Strategy to selection to Talent Management. our team of resourcing experts consult our clients on how to optimize and enhance their talent and resourcing programs. we help at every stage of the resourcing lifecycle, from Sourcing and attracting candidates to on-boarding new employees to supporting outplacement or redeployment programs.     the single recruitment representative of bms across the benelux region for their commercial organisations and R&D. my Sourcing and selection responsibilities covered all functions and grades in two locations. apart from securing top talent into vacancies i also built a talent pipeline of top experts in commercial and medical functions both in belgium and the netherlands.

    responsible for the recruitment of senior experts and leaders into the european hq based in paris. roles included medical affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and supporting functions to the commercial organisation.
